    LUE was part of an interdisciplinary team led by Bechtel Corporation to develop a tourism strategy for an undeveloped portion of Sardinia.

Land Use Economics | Master Planned Communities

Master planned communities are large land holdings with multi faceted development programs that contain a mix of residential products, significant amenity bases, and may contain retail, hotel, and other land uses depending on the developer's vision and preferred positioning. Full development takes years, and programming needs to consider changing consumer preferences as well as the lifecycle of the project as it matures. Selected engagements have included the following:
